Lenovo has launched CG slate tablet loaded with NCERT curriculum (Grade 3-5) specially targeted at Indian kids to make leaning more informative and fun. The Lenovo CG Slate Grade (3 to 5) 7 inch tablet is available on Flipkart for Rs. 7,499 with offer.
Lenovo CG Slate WiFi tablet features and specifications
This tablet is powered by 1.3GHz MT8127 MediaTek 32 bit quad core processor sporting a 7 inch screen with 1024 x 600 pixels resolution. CG Slate tablet is running outdated Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, upgradeable to Android Lollipop.
Tablet weight is 269 grams with non-removable battery and thickness is 9.3mm. There is 1GB on board RAM and 8GB ROM (internal storage). User can also use micro SD card of up to 32GB. Primary camera is of 2MP resolution (Fixed focus) and secondary camera on the front is VGA resolution (fixed focus).
Additional features are WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and Dolby Audio. A 3450 mAh battery powers up this tablet with up to 432 hours of standby time.
CG Slate make learning fun with audio visual content and voice over support, all the content as per the NCERT Syllabus (for kids in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade) is loaded on the 32GB SD card that comes included. There are over 1500 learning modules specially developed for Indian children. The content is quite friendly – TITU the CG slate mascot acts as coach, friend and mentor.
