Lava Mobiles has announced 5 new entry levels smartphones that will be priced between Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 6,000. All of these handsets are powered by dual core processor – 400s, 250 sails on Jelly Bean OS whereas the rest run KitKat out of the box.

Lava Iris 400s
This handset supports 3G and runs Android 4.2 over a 4 inch screen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. There is 512MB RAM and 4GB storage + 32GB micro SD card support. It is powered by 1GHz dual core processor and also includes a VGA camera on the front and 5MP on the rear.

Lava Iris 400 Colors
This 3G enabled handset runs Android 4.4.2 with 512MB RAM, 4GB storage and 32GB external card support. The screen is 4 inches with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. The 400 is also powered by 1GHz dual core processor. There is 2MP rear camera and VGA front camera.

Lava Iris 250
This one also supports 3G, comes with 4 inch screen with 800 x 480 resolution. There is 512MB RAM, 4GB storage and 32GB external card support. The 250 runs Android 4.2 and is powered by 1GHz dual core processor. There is 3.2MP rear camera and VGA front camera.

Lava Iris 400s, 400 colours, 250, 410 and 404 flair dual core handsets

Lava Iris 410 / 404 Flair
Lava Iris 410 and Iris 404 flair are 2G supported handsets with 4 inch screen (800 x 480 pixels resolution). RAM is 512MB, ROM is 4GB and 32 GB is the max external card support. Both these handsets run on KitKat and is powered by 1.3GHz dual core processor. The 410 comes with 3MP rear camera and VGA front camera whereas the 404 flair houses a 5MP rear camera and VGA front camera.

All of these handsets will be available soon for under Rs. 6,000.
