Kult launched the Ambition smartphone in India for Rs. 5,999. This handset is powered by MediaTek quad core processor, supports 4G with VoLTE and packed with 2600 mAh removable battery. Check this review to know how the Kult Ambition handset performed.

Kult Ambition is competing with the Redmi 5A, it is quad core powered good for normal operations and not so good for gaming purpose. The screen quality is also not at par when compared with the Redmi 5A. Screen is 5 inches with 720p resolution.

Reliance Jio worked, battery life is okay, and there is finger print sensor. Handset heats up but the heat-up is under control. This could have competed with the Redmi 5A had the display quality been good and the battery performance was better, read the review for more details.

Verdict

Kult Ambition simply does not compete with the Redmi 5A, in fact Redmi 5A is a much better option – minus the finger print sensor. Display quality is way better on 5A. Another issue with Ambition is the battery life, not really that good and handset battery drains off even when handset is switched off.

Rating : 3.5 out of 5
