Karbonn has introduced two more low cost handsets the Karbonn K333 and the K15 both dual SIM phones and with reasonable price tag. The Karbonn K15 has some good features with battery life of approx 6 days. The K333 on the other hand comes with marathon battery and is better choice when compared with the K15.

Karbonn K15 features / Specifications

The K15 from Karbonn supports dual SIM (GSM + GSM), weighs 84 grams and is 12.6 mm thick. This is a basic phone with alphanumeric keypad available in black / red colours. The TFT screen is 2.4 inches supporting 320 by 240 pixel resolutions. This is a 2G phone and you can use GPRS for browsing using the built in WAP browser.

The Karbonn K15 comes with 75KB of end user memory which is negligible but you can use the expandable memory of up to 8 GB. Entertainment wise this phone is perfect as it comes with music player with equalizer. If you are a music lover then you will need to invest in external memory card.

There is a 1.3 MP camera (quality not so impressive). You can record videos and even play them on this phone. Users can listen to live music via the built in FM radio and can also record their favourite songs using schedule recording.

The K15 is made for Indian users hence it has got to have a bright torch, in fact it does. English and Hindi languages are supported.

Other features are white back light for keypad, GPRS, wallpaper support, embedded games, supports MP3, Bluetooth and anti theft.

The 1000 mAh battery can last for just about 150 hours (6 days) in standby mode and a talktime of up to 4 hours. The best part is that the battery can be fully charge in about 2 hours.

Karbonn K15 price in India is unknown (Estimated Price : Under Rs. 3,000).
