Intex mobile in a bid to ramp up their customer service have come up with 180 days replacement promise for Intex feature phones. Now this is not just applicable for a few feature phones but for all feature phones that Intex is selling.
There are terms and conditions that you should check. This 180 days replacement is applicable for Intex Feature phones bought from 1st September 2017 onwards. Apart from this replacement will happen only if device is under warranty, you will need to carry the invoice paper. Intex will replace if there is a hardware or software defect that cannot be rectified.
Intex will either provide same model as replacement or an equivalent model. In case of service delay users will get replacement handsets with 48 to 72 hours. Do note the terms and conditions clearly state that replacement / warranty will be void if handset has been physically damaged / liquid ingress.
