Intex has launched two low cost dual SIM handsets called the Intex Boss and the Intex Joy that comes with basic features and for a price under Rs. 3,000.  Low cost handsets are in huge demand in India mainly because of simple features and reasonable price tag.

Intex Boss dual SIM Mobile Phone features

You can use 2 GSM SIM cards on this handset that comes with alphanumeric keypad. The Boss phone is 17.1 mm thin and weight is 86.5 grams. This is a very basic handset with no hi-fi stuffs. The display screen is 1.8 inches supporting 65K colours and you can get clicking with the 1.3 MP camera.

The main features are FM radio with recording option, microSD support (16 GB), USB 2.0 and Bluetooth. There is a 3.5 mm audio jack that is required when using the FM radio. The 1800 mAh battery gives a moderate standby time of over a week and talktime of about 5 hours.

Intex Joy dual SIM phone features

This dual SIM handset looks quite attractive with the black & orange colour combination. The handset sports a 2.2 inch QCIF display with 65K colours. The Joy too comes with a VGA camera and built in FM radio with recording.

Other features are microSD support up to 4 GB, alphanumeric keypad, dual language support, 3.5 mm jack, torchlight, USB 2.0 and Bluetooth. This low cost phone comes with multi format media player (audio / video player).  The handset is light weight at 90 grams and is 14.47 mm thin. The Joy phone comes with 1300 mAh battery that gives talktime of about 4 hours. The handset can last for almost a week in standby mode.
