Intex Mobiles new smartphone called the Aqua Twist is available for a price tag of ₹4,999. This is a quad core powered handset running Lollipop over a 5 inch screen. The key highlight about the Intex Aqua Twist is the 5MP camera that can be twisted (rotated).

Aqua Twist houses a single 5MP camera with LED flash with a twist (manual) mechanism. By default the camera is placed on the back side but you can flip it and bring it to the front to and use it like a front camera. Now this is something similar to as seen on the Huawei Honor 7i.

As per the official Intex Aqua Twist specifications, this dual SIM handset comes with a 5 inch screen supporting 854 x 480 pixels resolution. Android 5.1 runs the show with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage, plus micro SD card support.

Twist is powered by MediaTek MT6580 quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali 400 MP2 GPU. Weight is 175 grams and thickness is 8.4mm. A 5MP camera using OmniVision OV5648 sensor with LED flash is packed on the rear with a rotating mechanism – the camera / flash module can be used as a back or a front camera.

Key features are 3G, 2G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and GPS with A-GPS support. This handset gets power from a 2200 mAh battery and is priced at ₹4,999 on Homeshop 18.
