Intex has silently launched another quad core handset the Intex Aqua N4 running Android 4.2 for Rs. 6,130. This dual SIM handset comes with 512MB RAM and is available in Green, Black and White color options.

Moto G and now the Moto E have really created a competitive market in India. There are too many budget friendly handsets available as of now for under Rs. 8000. The Aqua N4 is a dual SIM that supports 3G networks.

It is using the MT6582 MediaTek quad core chipset clocked at 1.2GHz. The screen is 4 inches with WVGA resolution i.e. 800 x 480 pixels. Handset weight with battery is 122 grams and thickness is 10.7mm.

Android 4.2 Jelly Bean runs out of the box with 512MB RAM, 4GB storage and 32GB micro SD card support. Of the 4GB 1.2GB is allocated for apps. Also included is a 1.3MP camera on the front and a 5MP on the rear. The rear camera is fixed focus and does come with LED flash support.

Additional features are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS with A-GPS and Bluetooth. The 1400 mAh battery that the N4 houses gives up to 6 hours of talk-time.
