When you hear the word Intex the next thing that comes to your mind is ‘a new launch‘, yep Intex Aqua A4+ is the latest addition in the Intex Aqua smartphone family. This handset though powered by Spreadtrum chipset does come with a interesting price tag.

Intex Aqua A4+ not to confuse with Intex Aqua i4+, is a quad core powered handset using the low powered SC9822 Spreadtrum chipset clocked at 1.3GHz. This Android based handset comes with dual SIM slots with 4G VoLTE support.

Android Nougat 7.0 runs out of the box over a 4.5 inch screen with FWVGA resolution that is 854 x 480 pixels. Inside there is 8GB ROM and 1GB RAM, plus users can use micro SD card of up to 64GB. Coming to the camera, will not be that exciting – there is a 5MP lens on the rear and a 2MP on the front, most likely the rear as well as front cameras will be FF (fixed focus).

Intex Aqua A4+ launched

Intex Aqua A4+ gets power from a 2000 mAh battery, as per the company users will get up to 8 hours of talk time. Additional features – 4G, VoLTE, GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Intex Aqua A4+ will come in Black and Champagne color options for Rs. 3,999. Not a bad price, for those looking for a 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone but the Spreadtrum chipset is not that powerful, buy handset powered by this chipset only if you have limited budget. For better experience go with at least MediaTek powered handsets.
