Memory and Storage

There is 3GB RAM and 32GB micro SD card support. On the first boot you will get around 22 GB free space and on an average 1.4GB free RAM.

Performance

The InFocus Epic 1 is using MediaTek MT6797M 10 core Deca Core 20nm chipset with Mali T880 GPU. It using 2x Cortex A72 clocked at 2.11 GHz and 8x Cortex A53 clocked at 1.8GHz. Overall performance is smooth, lag free. Heat up is under control, max temperature I encountered indoors was 40 degrees and outdoor under the sun the temperature rose up to 43 degrees (well under control).

Handset is powerful and the two games that I tested played very well – Modern combat 5 and the Asphalt 8 in high visual quality mode.
