Today Infinix launched their new handset the Infinix Smart 3 Plus. This handset is priced at Rs. 6,999 and key features are AI triple cameras, dual VoLTE, Waterdrop display, Glass unibody design and 3500 mAh battery. Sale on April 30th via Flipkart.
For the price the Infinix Smart 3 Plus looks premium, the glass unibody design does make the handset look really good, plus the unique plastic case makes it stand out further. Screen quality is pretty good, battery life decent and since this handset is powered by MediaTek Helio A22 quad core processor don’t expect it to perform so well as the octa core powered handsets. But for normal usage the Infinix Smart 3 Plus is good enough.
I did try playing PUBG on the Infinix Smart 3 Plus and it did well, though with minor lags, but this hardware is not for gaming use.
Dual VoLTE is supported and there is Gyro as well as Magnetic sensors along with other common sensor.
Now the triple AI camera on the back, well there is no wide angle, but the 3rd lens is for low light. Anyway camera quality is average, low light shots are just okay to share on social networks but the portrait shots are just too good considering the price of this handset. Do check the samples. Front 8MP selfie also does a really good job.
A 3500 mAh battery powers this handset, it takes about 2 hours 30 minutes for a full charge and you can get one to one and a half days of battery life with mixed usage. You also get finger print sensor and face unlock security options they are decently fast check video.
