OnePlus has rolled out OxygenOS version 3.2.8 for OnePlus 3. This update in fact in an incremental roll out that adds extra features apart from general bug fixes. This is an OTA (Over the Air) update some of you might have already got the update notification.

Like always with any software update make sure to keep the battery level at the max preferably over 75%, there is no need to take backup of your data but always good if you do so, in case there is an issue. The incremental update is based on active OnePlus 3 user feedback that has helped OnePlus optimize and add new features.
