iBall have now launched the iBall Slide 6309i tablet for Rs. 5,199. This is a single core tablet clocked at 1GHz with 1GB RAM and dual cameras. There is no built in SIM slot, in case you are looking for a tab with built in SIM support you can check out the Lava Etab connect.
The iBall Slide 6309i is a simple tablet with a 7 inch screen supporting resolution of 1024×600 pixels. This tablet is powered by a 1.2GHz Cortex A9 single core processor running the Jelly bean 4.1 OS with 1GB RAM.
There is a front VGA camera and a rear fixed focus 2MP camera. Other features are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI port, micro USB, 3.5 mm audio jack and external 3G support. The tab weighs around 310 grams. The 6309i comes with a 3000 mAh standard Li-ion battery.
This tablet is priced at Rs. 5,199. The Lava Xtron is a better option with dual core processor.
