iBall has launched 2 new handsets both sporting a 4 inch screen, presenting the iBall Andi4 IPS GEM and iBall Andi4 IPS Velvet. The GEM is priced at Rs. 5,699 and the Velvet at Rs. 5,199. Both the handsets share similar specifications and the looks, however the Velvet handset supports only the 2G networks and is cheaper than the GEM.

The iBall Andi4 IPS GEM is powered by MediaTek Cortex A7 dual core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It runs on Android 4.2 with 256MB RAM and 2GB storage + 32GB micro SD card support. Screen is 4 inches IPS with WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) resolution.

There is 5MP rear fixed focus camera with flash and VGA front camera. Key Features are 3G (21Mbps), 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4 and GPS with A-GPS. Battery is 1300 mAh capacity. The dual SIM Andi4 IPS Gem is available for Rs. 5,699.

The Andi4 IPS Velvet also comes powered by 1.3GHz dual core processor, sports a 4 inch screen with WVGA resolution and runs on Android 4.2 with 256MB RAM and 2GB storage along with 32GB external card support.
