iBall had recently launched the 4IPS Gem and Velvet handsets and now silently launched another one called the iBall Andi 4IPS Tiger. This dual SIM handset runs on Jelly bean 4.2 OS and comes powered by 1.3GHz quad core processor.
The market is already flooded with many 1.3GHz quad core power handset and here is one more, the Tiger. iBall Andi 4IPS Tiger sports a 4 inch screen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. As mentioned it is using the MediaTek 1.3GHz quad core cortex A7 processor coupled with Mali 400 GPU.
Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean OS runs the show (Special UI and themes) with 512MB RAM and 4GB storage. There is external card support of up to 32GB. The Andi 4IPS Tiger comes with 5MP camera with LED support and front camera with video calling support.
Key features of the dual SIM iBall Andi 4IPS Tiger are 3G (HSPA+ 21Mbps), 2G (EDGE / GPRS), Wi-Fi (b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with A-GPS support. Wi-Fi hotspot, USB and Bluetooth tethering is supported.
The iBall Andi 4IPS Tiger comes with 1300 mAh battery. The handset is available in retail stores for Rs. 6,500. It will be a tough competition for the Tiger as Micromax has already launched a KitKat powered phone for about the same price.
