Huawei has launched their new smartphone called the Huawei Honor 7i. This handset is powered by snapdragon 616 octa core processor and the key highlight is the rotating camera of 13MP resolution. The Honor 7i is priced from RMB 1699 onwards.

This handset sports a 5.2 inch IPS LCD screen supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is 7.8mm thick and weight with battery is 160 grams. As already mentioned the Honor 7i is using the qualcomm snapdragon 616 octa core processor (MSM8939 64 bit (cortex A53)) clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with Adreno 405 GPU.

There is 3GB RAM and 32GB storage (another version is with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM) along with micro SD card support. When it comes to the camera there is a single camera of 13MP resolution with dual LED flash and with f/2.0 aperture. Now this camera (just the small camera part – check image below) comes with rotating module, you can also use this camera for taking selfies. FHD video recording is supported.

Handset is running EMUI 3.1 based on Android Lollipop. Key features are dual SIM, 4G LTE, 3G, finger print scanner, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. There is a 3100 mAh that gives up to 11 hours of talk time.

Huawei Honor 7i octa core launched

The Huawei Honor 7i can now be pre-booked in China starting from RMB 1699 (approx ₹17,400).
