Huawei today launched the Honor 6 octa core smartphone for a price tag of Rs. 19,999. It will be available from 6th October exclusively via Flipkart. It is a single SIM smartphone running KitKat 4.4.2 out of the box.

This Huawei handset does support 4G LTE, but the Indian version (H60-L04) is Single SIM with 3G support. Huawei Honor 6 is using the HiSilicon Kirin 920 octa core processor clocked at 1.7GHz. It is coupled with Mali T628 MP6 GPU. The 5 inch screen is IPS LCD with 10 point multi touch support and supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Weight with battery is 130 grams and handset is 7.5mm thick.

KitKat 4.4.2 runs the show with Huawei Emotion UI 2.3 with 3GB RAM and 16GB storage along with micro SD card support. There is 13MP rear AF camera with dual LED flash and 5MP on the front. Rear camera can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.

Key features are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Dolby digital plus sound enhancement and Bluetooth 4.0. The Li-Po battery is of 3100 mAh capacity with Ultra Power saving mode.

Huawei Honor 6 octa core coming soon

The Huawei Honor 6 will hit the stores soon for Rs. 19,999. Seems like a good option considering octa core with 3GB RAM.
