Huawei has unveiled the Ascend P7 that sails on Android Kitkat and comes powered by 1.8GHz quad core processor with 2GB RAM. The P7 is made for taking selfies it comes with a good 8MP camera placed on the front with BSI sensor. The rear camera is 13MP with LED flash.

Huawei will soon be launching their next flagship model the Huawei Ascend P7. They have given more emphasis on the design factor and the camera. Since selfies are the new trend they have put in a smart front camera with 5 piece lens with 8MP resolution. The front camera is also using the BSI sensor and running the ImageSmart 2.0 software for wide angle and better facial enhancements. The P7’s front camera can also be used to take panoramic selfies – i.e. if you are with a big group you will be able to fit all of them in.

The Ascend P7 not only is incredibly beautiful but it’s also tough. This 4G LTE supported handset is just 6.5mm thick and light weight too at 124 grams. This handset houses the HiSilicon KRIN 910T quad core chipset made by Huawei and clocked at 1.8GHz coupled with Mali 450 GPU.

Huawei Ascend P7 4G LTE smartphone

P7 runs on KitKat OS with Emotion 2.3 UI over a 5 inch screen with full HD resolution. The screen is Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protected. There is 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Additional space can be added using the micro SD card slot (max 32GB). Key features are 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0.

The Huawei P7 features a Li-Po battery of 2500 mAh capacity with talk-time of up to 14 hours and charge time of less than 4 hours. The Ascend P7 will be available in 3 different colors (Pink, Black and White) for a price tag of $625. No word about when it will be made available in India.
