HTC had earlier announced three handsets of which the One X and One V are already available in India and now the third most awaited model the HTC One S will hit the stores on 15th June. Pre-orders have already started; you can pre-book this handset for just Rs. 1000 from Infibeam.

The HTC One S is not only slim but also stylish. This handset comes with a 1.7 GHz dial core S3 processor from Qualcomm; this is not a 1.5 GHz (Quad core processors) as it was expected to be. This is surely a disappointment but the clocked speed of 1.7 GHz may help compensate to some extent.

The handset weighs 119 grams with 7.8 mm thickness. The touchscreen (capacitive) display is 4.3 inches followed by three touch sensitive dedicated buttons. The display resolution is 540 x 960 pixels.

The next attraction is the 8 MP camera with BSI sensors that work flawlessly with auto focus to deliver better quality images even in low light conditions. HD recording is also supported at 1080p.
