HTC has silently launched the HTC One E9+ smartphone with a 5.5 inch screen supporting Quad HD resolution. The handset is listed on official HTC China website. The price has not yet been disclosed.
The HTC One E9+ though listed, the full specifications has not yet been revealed. The screen size and resolution is confirmed – it is 5.5 inch with corning gorilla glass 4 protection and supporting 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution (Quad HD). The handset will be running Android 5 Lollipop with HTC Sense UI version 7.
Inside the hood the E9+ could be powered by 2GHz MediaTek MT6795 octa core 64 bit processor coupled with PowerVR G6200 GPU. There is 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and 128GB micro SD card support. The handset also comes packed with a 20 megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash and a 4MP ultrapixel camera on the front.
Key features are 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth and GPS. This dual SIM handset gets power from a 2800 mAh battery. This Li-Po battery comes built in (non-removable). The 7.4mm thick HTC One E9+ is official, however we will still have to wait for the confirmed specs and price.
