The Google LG Nexus 4 will soon be available in India, probably by end of November 2012. In fact Saholic.com has already listed the Nexus 4 16GB version without the price tag and no mention about the availability date.

For now the LG E960 Nexus 4 with 16GB storage is listed on Saholic. The specs mentioned are quite impressive. To start with it’s powered by a Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon S4 quad-core (1.5GHz) processor with Adreno 320 GPU.  As mentioned internal storage is 16GB and the RAM is 2GB, wow! The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 also comes with 2GB RAM.

I guess 16GB will be enough for many and also there is scope of adding additional storage space cause external microSD slot is absent. This handset comes with a 4.7 inch IPS Plus display with true HD resolution i.e. 1280×768 pixels with 16M colours. And yes it does come with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 that protects from scratch and is damage resistance to some extent.

The LG Nexus 4 E960 runs on Jelly Bean (JB) OS version 4.2 and also supports java via MIDP emulator. Other key features are 3G (21Mbps HSDPA, DC-HSDPA 42Mbps), 2G (EDGE/GPRS) Wi-Fi with hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB, NFC and micro SIM support only.

The Nexus 4 E960 sports a 1.3 MP front and an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The rear camera is full autofocus, can detect face and comes with many interesting features. You can also record full HD videos of 1080p resolution at 30 fps.

The battery of 2100 mAh Li-po gives a standby time of over a week and talktime of about 15 hours on a 2G network. So stay tuned for the price and the release date, possibly before end of this month.
