Two new models from Gionee brand – the Gionee S9 and the Gionee S9T went through and got the TENAA certification. The specifications have also been revealed. These handsets are powered by octa core processor and supports 4G with VoLTE.
As per the rumored specifications the Gionee S9 and the Gionee S9T comes with octa core processor and sports a 5.5 inch screen with a 2.5D curved glass with 1080p resolution. These handsets will sail on Amigo 3.2 based on Android 6.0.
There will be 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM (internal storage) and 128GB external micro SD card support hybrid micro SD card slot. The Gionee S9 and the S9T will come with dual cameras on the back. One camera shoots in 13MP resolution and the other camera shoots in 5MP resolution. Front camera is also very good for selfies as it can shoot in 13MP resolution.
Other expected features are 4G LTE, VoLTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, Finger Print sensor, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1 A 3000 mAh battery powers up these handsets. The only difference between S9 and the S9T it seems is the CPU clock speed.
Gionee will soon launch the Gionee S9 and the S9T smartphones.
