Gionee today launched another handset in the Pioneer series. The Gionee Pioneer P3S that sports a 4.5 inch screen and sails on Android 5.1. This handset houses a quad core processor and is priced at ₹5,999.
The Gionee Pioneer P3S comes with dual SIM slots with 3G support. It is using a 1.3GHz quad core processor (chipset unknown). Amigo 3.1 based on Android lollipop 5.1 sails out of the box with 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and 32GB external micro SD card support.
The handset also comes with a 5MP (AF – needs confirmation) camera on the rear with LED flash and a VGA camera on the front. Screen is 4.5 inches supporting 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA) resolution. Key features are 3G, 2G, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth.
There is a 2000 mAh battery that powers up the handset with an estimated talk time of up to 9 hours on 3G networks and up to 22 hours on 2G networks.
Gionee Pionee P3S is available for ₹5,999 in Red, Golden, Grey and White colour options.
