Gionee has launched the dual SIM 4G supported Elife S7 that comes powered by MediaTek 64 bit octa core processor clocked at 1.7GHz. This handset comes with a super AMOLED screen with full HD resolution and is just 5.5mm thick.

The Gionee Elife S7 got inspired by ‘U’ shape design of railway tracks, it has got a metal body (aviation level aluminum magnesium alloy), it is slim but pretty tough. The S7 houses the MediaTek 64-bit MT6752 octa core processor clocked at 1.7GHz. This is the next handset in the Gionee SLIM series with a thickness of 5.5mm.

The super AMOLED touch screen is 5.2 inches protected with corning gorilla glass 3 protection and sporting a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Elife S7 is running Amigo OS 3.0 which is based on Android Lollipop 5. There is 2GB RAM and 16GB of built in storage. There is no mention of microSD in the press release so I guess that is missing.

On the camera part the Gionee Elife S7 comes packed with a 13MP auto focus camera on the rear with flash and an 8MP camera on the front. The camera comes with its own image processing technology that can capture 6 images in a seconds and merge them by adjusting the image noise / brightness to deliver the best output.
