After Gionee launched the Gionee Elife E5, many consumers were waiting for the Gionee Elife E6 handset. The wait it seems is now over. Elife E6 is currently listed on the Maniacstore website for a price tag of Rs. 21,990.  Elife E6 will be officially launched on 3rd Oct 2013.

Though we are not yet sure about the price, the E6 will definitely be priced more than the E5 handset.  The specification as listed on the site – Elife E6 is powered by 1.5GHz MT6589T (Turbo) processor with SGX 544 GPU.

This handset supports 3G, 2G, comes with built in Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The specs so far seems similar to the Elife E5 handset, however the screen is of a bigger size – 5 inches with better resolution of 1920×1080 pixels.

Android 4.2.1 runs on 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. Just like the E5 this one too doesn’t support external memory cards. There is 13MP rear camera with LED flash and front camera of 5MP resolution. Full HD video recording and playback is supported.

The 2000 mAh battery powers up this 8mm thick handset. For now the Gionee Elife E6 is available on Maniacstore for 21,990. Though not much of a difference between the E5 handset, E6 seems too pricy, because of 2GB RAM, FHD 5 inch screen and 32GB storage.
