The Coolpad Dazen X7 an octa core powered handset will be made available pretty soon for Rs. 17,999. Dazen X7 is using the MediaTek MT6595 big.LITTLE octa core chipset and will be competing with the Lenovo Vibe X2 that is also using the same chipset.

Dazen X7 Unboxing
Inside the box you will find the X7 handset, data cable, travel charger (5V ~ 1A), user manual and warranty card. User manual / warranty card was missing from the review unit that I got from Coolpad. Earphone is not included.

Design, Display and OS
The Dazen X7 looks cool, it has got a metal frame and the white / silver colour combination blends really well. Build quality and finishing is very good. The sides are metal with slight (inverted) V shape design that looks good, give a unique look to the handset but makes the handset slippery. In fact even the rear side comes with a glass layer that again is pretty slippery. Though the handset looks tough, it can easily slip out of your hand, so be extra careful.

Coolpad Dazen X7 review and unboxing

The side have got silver metallic texture and the borders are shinning silver. There are textures on the rear panel however those are covered up with transparent glass layer, you can see the texture but you will not feel it. Weight with built in battery is 138 grams and dimensions are 73.59 x 146.44 x 6.53 (mm).
