Coolpad has launched a new handset powered by qualcomm snapdragon 821 chipset, called the Cool S1 (Cool Changer S1). This handset is listed on official Coolpad china website and the price starts from RMB 2499 that comes to approx Rs. 24,000.
Coolpad Cool Changer S1 features and specifications
The Cool S1 falls in the premium category. This handset comes with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB of storage space. There is another variant that comes with 128GB of internal storage space. This S1 features a 5.5 inch screen with 1080p resolution and as mentioned houses the 64 bit qualcomm snapdragon 821 quad core chipset with Adreno 530 GPU.
Android 6.0.1 runs out of the box with EUI version 5.8. Coming to the camera there a 16MP PDAF on the back with dual tone LED flash and front camera is fixed focus of 8MP resolution. Additional features are 4G LTE, VoLTE support, 3G, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type C port, finger print sensor on the back and dual band WiFi. Cool S1 weight is 168 grams with 4070 mAh battery (QC 3.0 supported – fast charging).
