Celkon Mobiles launched the Millennia Epic Q550 a 1.3GHz quad core powered (the common MediaTek chipset) running KitKat on a 5.5 inch screen with HD resolution. The key highlight however is the 3500 mAh battery.
Celkon Millennia Epic Q550 is a dual SIM handset with 3G support. It sports a 5.5 inch LCD IPS screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Weight is 143 grams and handset is 7.9mm thick. The Q550 houses the commonly used 1.3GHz MT6582 quad core chipset from MediaTek coupled with Mali 400 GPU.
Android 4.4.2 KitKat runs out of the box with 1GB RAM and 16GB storage. There is a micro SD card slot. This handset also comes with good cameras – 2MP on the front and 8MP auto focus on the rear with LED support. Rear camera can shoot HD videos.
Key features are 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The main attraction is the 16GB storage and the 3500 mAh battery that should really give a very good usage time.
