Flipkart launched their first mobile phone (smartphone) – the Billion Brand, handset model name is Capture+. This Billion Capture+ handset comes with a good price tag and using dual cameras on the back. Here is the Billion Capture+ review that will give you a good idea how the handset performs.
Smartron is the company that Flipkart has partnered with and it is Smartron that has designed this handset and will be manufacturing it in India. The handset performance is good, it is using well known Snapdragon 625 octa core processor. Performance is smooth, no lags and dual cameras on the back was the key highlight.
Dual camera was the USP and its performance is pretty disappointing. Check the camera section for more details. Leave the camera and rest of the hardware did really well.

Billion Capture+ Camera Review
Rear Camera : 13MP (RGB) + 13MP (Monochrome), auto focus, Samsung sensor, dual tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture
Front Camera : 8MP, f/2.0 aperture
Video Recording : 4K resolution
The camera app is too basic (stock), seems incomplete, there is pro mode but no options on the screen you need to hit the settings icon to get the manual setting options. To use dual cameras you need to select the portrait mode.
But before going to the dual camera mode, the camera in the normal mode is not that good, color looks weird, unnatural, and overall quality is average, not really good in low light.
Now when using the dual camera mode the bokeh looks good, but the edges are smudged, plus the color looks unnatural. Moreover it takes time to process images in portrait mode and at times you get weird bokeh effects check the sample images or check the video review.
This handset can shoot 4K videos. Do check the sample 4K in video review.
Camera Rating : 3.5 out of 5 (average)

The USP was the dual camera and the performance / quality was disappointing. I bought the 3GB version from Flipkart for Rs. 10,499. So if you are looking for a decent dual camera smartphone avoid the Billion Capture+.
