Here is the performance review of the Asus Zenfone 3 Max powered by MediaTek quad core processor do note there are two variants of Zenfone 3 Max available in the market. This is the 2nd part of the Max review.

Memory and Storage

The handset is packed with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. On an average you will get around 1.5GB free RAM and on the first boot you will get about 24GB of free internal storage space. OTG is supported.

Asus Zenfone 3 Max performance (ZC520TL)

This variant is powered by Cortex A53 MediaTek MT6735 1.4GHz quad core processor coupled with Mali T720 GPU. Performance was smooth and lag free. Heat-up was also under control max battery temperature I encountered was 40 degrees.

Gaming

I played modern combat 5, the game play was smooth and I did not notice any lags. The Asphalt 8 game in high visual quality mode also did very well. Even though this is a quad core powered handset you can play many high end games.
