In case you feel that the Asus Zenbook flip S is too pricey then check out the Asus Vivobook Flip 14, this is also a 2 in 1 laptop – yes you can use it like a tablet, comes with a stylus and price starts from Rs. 51,990 for the i3 variant.

Do check the video review listed below, I think many users will love this laptop for the features, performance and specially the price. A best buy for students and for office use. If you can afford better go for the i5 11th gen variant.

You can buy the i5 variant here – https://amzn.to/2LdyxfA

Key highlights about the Asus Vivobook Flip 14 that I liked (the i5 variant)

Build quality is very good, aluminium frame and pretty light weight at 1.5KG. Next thing is the display a 14 inch frames three sided nano-edge with FHD resolution, it’s a touch screen and you also get a stylus inside the box – perfect for taking notes in your own handwriting.

The best part is the 360 degrees ergo lift hinge that is durable and can be placed at several angles  (inverted, flat, and tablet style) depends – best for video watching, office presentations, and yes for tablet use with stylus.

There is 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 51GB M.2 SSD (expandable up to 1TB). As mentioned this laptop is powered by Intel® Core i5-1135G7 and Intel® Core i3-1115G4 and you get Intel® Iris® Xe integrated graphics  or Intel® Iris® Xe Max discrete graphics options.

I tested the Intel® Iris® Xe Max discrete graphics with i5 11th gen, do check the PCMARK 11 score in the video below – I also tried playing PUBG. Surprisingly the game was playable, though this is not a gaming laptop and surely there were lags but I was expecting a lot of lag.

So the Asus Vivobook Flip 14 is not for gaming use though it can easily play mid-level games and it is much better for non-gaming use – for students and office use.

For connectivity – 1 x Thunderbolt 4 USB-C® 1 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x HDMI 1.4, 1 x audio combo jack, 1 x microSD card reader

Battery performance is around 10 hours with mixed usage and using the charger provided inside the box you will be able to charge from 1% to 60% in about 50 minutes.

Price is too good – Rs. 51,990 for the i3 variant and the i5 variant price is Rs. 69,990.
