At the IFA trade show in Berlin, Asus announced the FonePad 7, a 7 inch tablet with voice call support and FonePad Note 6 a Phablet. The Note 6 phablet also comes with a stylus. The pricing details were not revealed.

Asus FonePad 7
This tablet sports a 7 inch IPS screen with 1280×800 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.6GHz Intel ATOM Z2560 dual core processor running Android 4.2 with 1GB RAM and optional 8, 16, 32  GB storage.

There is built in SIM slot with 3G (42Mbps) support + voice call. Other features are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro SD slot and probably GPS. There is a 5MP rear facing camera and a 1.2MP front camera. Battery is of 3950 mAh capacity with over 25 hours of talktime.

Asus FonePad Note 6
Note 6 sports a bigger Super IPS plus screen of 6 inches with FHD (1080p) resolution and 10 point multi touch. The Note 6 comes loaded with Intel Atom Z2580 dual core clover trail processor clocked at 2GHz coupled with PowerVR SGX544MP2. Its with a single Micro SIM slot. Weight is about 211 grams and thickness is 10.3mm.

Asus FonePad Note 6 phablet

Android 4.2 runs on this Phablet with 2GB RAM and optional 16, 32 GB storage. The Note 6 houses a 1.2MP front camera and an 8MP rear camera. Asus FonePad Note 6 will be available in white and black colors. Other features are 3G(42Mbps), Wi-Fi (a/g/g/n), NFC, Bluetooth 3 and GPS with A-GPS / GLONASS. FonePad Note 6 houses a 3200 mAh non-removable battery.

This pablet also comes with a stylus (similar to as seen on Samsung Galaxy Note handsets). Looking at the specs I think it will be much cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and probably could compete with the Galaxy Note 2.
