The Apple watch will start selling next month from $349 and goes up to $17,000. The watch will hit the stores in selected counties from next month, Indian users will still have to wait, it will take few more months before it made available in India.
The Apple Smartwatch will be available in two sizes 42mm and 38mm, furthermore there will be 3 variants that will be priced accordingly. The watch comes with a digital crown, retina display with force touch support (it can detect if it was a tap or a press), a heart rate sensors (more accurate), gyro / light sensor, accelerometer, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and built in microphone with speaker.
Apple watch is water resistant and powered by S1 micro processor that supports Apple Siri, call functionality (make / receive calls), SMS/ iMessages, built in fitness tracking and can also be used as walkie-talkie to control Apple TV and Phone camera. According to the company the watch will last for up to 18 hours of heavy usage on a full charge. The battery also support quick charging.
Apple Smartwatch will come in different flavours the special edition with 18 carat gold alloy, gold – clasps, pins and buckles is the priciest at $17,000 (i-laa).
